You know what grinds my gears?
The picture I am about to show you bothers me to no end. Now I know I shouldn't let a picture get under my skin so much, but this one really does.
Grrr.... I get anxious just posting it in here.
TO ME this photo assumes that all people who are overweight eat unhealthy. Ummm news to whoever created this photo: Not The Case!!!
On the flip side, not all folks that are thin eat healthy.
THIS is the exact judgement that I wish we could rid the world of. You cannot look at someone's body and immediately know everything about them - especially what they eat or how they exercise. Talk about judging a book by its cover.
I have many friends that are bigger than me, but they could SERIOUSLY kick my ass in the gym. Like seriously.
Additionally I know folks that would be considered "fat skinny," meaning they eat horribly, but have the metabolism to combat their eating choices and remain slim.
While I don't have any wise words of how to stop this trend, I needed to get my thoughts out of my head. And maybe just one person would think twice before making the type of judgment the picture alludes to...
What are your thoughts on the picture I shared?
