On this episode of #DaniDishes, I'm sharing 3 strategies I used this week to reclaim my motivation!!
1) Mark a clear fresh start - whether that be stepping on a scale, attending a Weight Watchers meeting, declaring this day to be Day 1 - have a moment that can signify a clean slate
2) Find variety/Get back to basics - we can end up in a food or workout rut so set your space up for success with a new arsenal of workouts or different food options
3) Take inventory of how far you've come - some people don't like to look back, but I do it to celebrate the progress!
