What's next in my journey to #FightStroke?

On Saturday, the Old Navy at the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall hosted a special event to unveil the new changes they made to their store, which had been under construction. The event featured free tote bags (to first 100 customers), a DJ, free pizza from BLAZE, discounts ranging from 30-50% off and an appearance by a Boston influencer... me! :) Somehow I was honored enough to be included in this cool event. 

Well I'm tired of being "stuck" - it's making me miserable and anxious - so I decided to find some tangible inspiration and motivation. 

The Old Navy at Cambridgeside Galleria Mall is hosting a re-opening event after undergoing a transformation! I'll be there 1-3pm ... stop by and say HI!

Life as we know it hands us good days and bad days. 

I try my hardest to find the good in even the worst of days because I know the day and the world aren't nearly as bad as my brain is making it out to be.  

What did you consider when picking a milestone race?

Night running hasn't always been good to me.  

Well luckily I was contacted by RunLite who claimed to have something that would solve my night running problems.
