Saturday, March 9: 2 hours of Spinning while at a Spin Instructor Orientation
Sunday, March 10: 10 mile Run
Monday. March 11: Ran 6.2+ miles And 45 min Spinning Class
Tuesday, March 11: 30 min Stairmaster
Wednesday, March 12: 45 min Tempo Run
